It helps me to focus on my inner self such as what I really want, what scared of me , what strengths and weakness I need to pay attention etc. All that things make me know myself more. Until now, I learn how to love myself more and focus on my job. In this September, I am working at a special school to teach special needs students. I think this job is so meaningful.
